So...while we were on vacation, my sister-in-law Kristie made this to die for desert. It was so delish that I got the recipe from her and made it tonight! I can't wait until it is set up so I can have a little taste-a-roo. :)
I will eventually get to posting pictures from our trip, thank you for your patience...
Now for the awesome-ness:
25-30 Oreos (crushed)
**add 1/2 cube butter (melted)
Press in bottom of 9x13 pan
Let freeze 30 minutes
Spread 1/2 gallon Vanilla ice cream (softened) over cookie crust
Let freeze 30 minutes
In sauce pan melt 1 cube butter
**Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup & 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly
Pour over icecream. Let Freeze.
Add Cool Whip. Cover and freeze 24 hours.

Ahh... So I pulled up your blog and see that you were at Mesa Falls. :( I live like 20 min. from there.... I wish that I could have seen you!
